We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Skilled Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform various carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to project needs.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Assist in other construction-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or skilled laborer in the construction industry.
- Proficient in measuring, using hand and power tools/equipment.
- Solid understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
